Henry Yusuf

Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr Henry Yusuf was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sakari Resources Limited in February 2023, and joined the BOD as Executive Chairman in March 2023.

Mr Yusuf graduated from the Woodbury University in Business and Finance. He is an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry. Skilled in Equity Research, Merger & Acquisition, Capital Markets, Venture Capital, and Asset Management. Strong business development, and solid leadership skills.

Prior to joining Sakari, Mr Yusuf was a Director of PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas from 1996 to 2021. He is currently the President Director of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), a well-known listed oil and gas tanker company in Indonesia. He is also the President Director in PT Mitra Pangan Sejahtera, an investment company in sugar mill and plantation in Central Java since 2021 to present.

Michael Wong

Director

Mr Michael Wong was appointed as a Director of Sakari Group in March 2023.

Mr Wong started his career as a Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking Group at Standard Chartered Bank, Jakarta (1992-1996).  He then held few key positions such as the Vice President of Structured & Project Finance at PT ING Indonesia Bank (1997-1999) and Director of PT Benakat Barat Petroleum (2008-2010).

Mr Wong obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Administrative Studies from Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon, United States as well as his Graduate Diploma in Marketing of Financial Services from Marketing Institute Singapore.

Ray Gerungan

Director

Mr Ray Gerungan was appointed a Director of Sakari Resources Limited in March 2023.

Mr Gerungan is currently the President Director at PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk.

Mr Gerungan started his career in the logistics department at Pertamina based in the USA in 1992. He had served in the finance and banking industry for almost 3 decades in the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia, among others the eminent names are Swiss Bank Corporation/ Lippo Securities, NatWest, G.K. Goh Ometraco, UBS Warburg, Meryll Lynch Group, Deutche Bank, Nomura Group and Macquaire Bank.

He graduated from Electrical Engineering of Northrop University, USA in 1985 and he holds a Licensed Investment Manager from Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority in 2001.

Ferdy Yustianto Husada

Director

Mr Ferdy Yustianto Husada was appointed a Director of Sakari Resources Limited in March 2023 and served as a Director of Operation in Sakari Group since April 2023.

A master degree graduate in Geology from Padjadjaran University and a Master of Business Administration specifically in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Industrial Engineering Education at Trisakti University, Jakarta.

He has extensive experience in managerial and operational roles over a span of over 20 years of his career in banking, testing inspection certification and petroleum industry in Indonesia.  Currently, he is also actively serving as President Director for four companies in Indonesia.

Andreas Kastono Ahadi

Director

Mr Andreas Kastono Ahadi was appointed a Director of Sakari Resources Limited in March 2023.

Mr Ahadi started his career in Investment Banking in 1998 in San Fransisco and Singapore; specializing in Structured Finance including project advisory, project financing, securities and debt restructuring. He worked for International banks including Union Bank of California, Tokyo-Mitsubishi International and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

Mr Ahadi is currently served as Director of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk, a major energy infrastructure company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, since 2012. He is also the Head of Project Advisory with PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas, a reputable investment bank in Indonesia, since 2003.
Mr Ahadi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from State University of New York, Binghamton University, United States in 1997.
